How to Submit a Cancellation Request

Please email your cancellation request to support@sniffbnb.com with the following details:

  • Your booking ID
  • Reason for cancellation
  • Supporting documents (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours

Cancellation Policy

For Pet Parents

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service start time are eligible for a full refund (excluding platform fees)
  • Cancellations made between 48 to 24 hours before the scheduled service start time will be eligible for a 50% refund
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service start time will be treated as a no-show and are non-refundable

For Sitters & Groomers

  • Once a booking is accepted, sitters and groomers are committed to fulfilling the service and cannot cancel
  • In exceptional cases, if a sitter or groomer needs to cancel due to a genuine emergency, they must submit a request with valid proof to Sniffbnb for review. Approval is solely at Sniffbnb's discretion
  • Unapproved cancellations or repeated cancellations may lead to account suspension or removal from the platform

Refund Policy

Refund Request Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted by emailing support@sniffbnb.com with valid details
  • Refunds will only be considered in cases of service non-fulfillment, sitter no-show, or major service issues, subject to Sniffbnb's review
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
